Job Description 

  • Ensure smooth documentation and administration by maintaining a proper filing and record system.
  • Prepare, process, and check the documents relating to Sale and Purchase, sub-sales, etc.
  • Cross-check the received orders from the sales and marketing department and follow through.
  • Attend to other departments’ inquiries on any matter related to HR, finance, & sales & marketing.
  • Responsible to carry out functions relating to credit administration and loan documentation.
  • Responsible to attend to calls and inquiries from purchasers,end-financiers, and solicitors.
  • Monitor and process documents relating to the conveyancing of properties.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting and administrative assignments. 


Job Requirement 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related fields. 
  • At least 2 years of working experience with housing developers on credit control and loan matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu to communicate & deal with clients.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking, creative, hardworking, and a good team player.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent & self-motivated.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced constantly changing and collaborative environment.
