Responsible to assist project teams in managing resources and information, handling departments’ scheduling and planning meetings and project activities
To coordinate and arrange work internally with inter-departmental and external with clients, suppliers, and government agencies
To deal with local authorities / legal section / banks / property valuer in the matter related to the project requirements and approval
To develop, implement and coordinate new product development (NPD) and collection launch plans with the Sales and Marketing team
To assist with sales activities and progress to ensure the sales target can be achieved To prepare documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentation
To liaise with consultants in different industries on the project-related matters
To follow up on any arising/urgent matters and report/update on any development works
Responsible for day-to-day project administration function
Undertakes special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as required by superior.
Job Requirements
Preferable candidates possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business, Management, HR, Economics, Finance, or equivalent. (Tertiary Education)
At least two (2) years of experience in project management
Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, initiative, and proactive personality, and is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Multi-tasking, creative, hardworking, and a good team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Independent & self-motivated
