Responsible for attending all forms of sales inquiries in order to generate sales and achieve the sales target discussed and set by the management.
Work well with the digital marketing team to strategize promotional ideas, and generate sales growth by engaging with more leads and potential buyers.
Responsible for following up with buyers on the completion of sales transactions up to SPA signed and application/ approval of the property loans.
Liaise and communicate with buyers, lawyers, and bankers on all related property purchasing matters to ensure an efficient transaction for all parties.
Establish and maintain a good relationship with existing buyers in order to source and enhance the sales growth of the company.
Compile and update sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Handle complaints and defects from purchasers in collaboration with the project team.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome to join.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing in the property industry.
Being familiar with marketing and ad tools e.g, Facebook Ad Manager, and Instagram Ad is a bonus.
Independent, result-oriented, aggressive in generating sales, and able to develop effective marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal.
