Develop detailed marketing plans and strategic sales plans/ programs for targeted market segments.
Conduct effective market research on residential property market trends and consumer demand, as well as competitor and industry analysis.
Oversee the entire operation and progress of the sales & marketing department to achieve sales target discussed and set by the management.
Review and analyze sales growth based on actual versus forecasted performance – to identify current issues, challenges, and to develop marketing strategies overcome all obstacles faced by the sales personnels.
Monitor the sales progression, such as following up on loan applications, liaising with land office and solicitors on loan documentations.
Responsible in negotiation of sales, lease, or development of property with local authorities and other legal entities.
Develop effective marketing strategies (both online & offline) – generate new leads of potential buyers to ensure sales growth.
Maintain and establish good relationship with existing buyers.
Liaise and communicate with buyers, lawyers, and bankers on all related property purchasing matters to ensure an efficient transaction for all parties.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing in the property industry.
Being familiar with marketing and ad tools e.g, Facebook Ad Manager, and Instagram Ad is a bonus.
Independent, result-oriented, aggressive in generating sales, and able to develop effective marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal.
